Access
I used MS Access for my idea. The variables and the notes may be limited as I need to program every note. Since this is an Access database, it can generate reports such as all entries for a specific clients, all clients using specific keyword, etc. I can put combo boxes in each variable so that data which are already entered (e.g. banks) can be loaded. It looks crude but I can make it more user-friendly if awarded.

the link worked this time however the sheet doesnt work and is not user friendly and something i can create myself with drop down etc.

well, I designed it for one keyword, one phrase. you may select more check boxes so you will have more than one sentence. I'll post a video demo later..

how would it work? would it be able to link different phrases together depending on the check boxes selected? and data imputed originally?
