Hi Contest Designers: We’re looking for a minimal paged WordPress website. The website should not exceed 5 pages and needs to include a Google maps overview, contact form and have other persuasive landing page techniques that encourage a potential property owner/investor to inquire further about my grandmother’s property.

The WordPress website must be fully responsive and the website will not have much content need a fully responsive and functional WordPress website. The website will have very minimal content.

I’ve included 4 pictures of the River front property. Please make sure to highlight these photos in a good way.

I’ve also included a FACT sheet (attached seperate from the bitly link below) that contains the some important and specific details about the property. We want to make sure to include almost all the information that’s on the fact sheet on the website in some way/shape/or form. Below I have selected some text from the fact sheet that I think is really important to the property and should be highlighted.
- Almost 1 acre of land .9
- 156’ Water front property
-Spectacular fresh water-front home on the st. Lawrence river.
- Optional Boat, Jetski and Trailers.

I have other pictures of the exterior of the property, and other sections so use those as needed. The website’s purpose should try and get someone to contact us or go to our TRULIA/Zillow listing....If you can find a unique way of highliting these listings and include a link that would be a bonus....However, the property should be the main focus.

We will be checking back quite often in the first couple day’s, but the attention to detail and quality has to be there. WE’re choosing the contest option so that a skilled designer can help change around a wordpress template (or whatever they would like to do to help us accomplish our goal).

The Pictures are shared via a google drive link because the file sizes were taking to long to upload to the freelancer servers...

Hi. are you sure that you want Wordpress for this? I can make a Joomla! website that can give you exactly what you want. I know to build using Wordpress also, but I think that Joomla! is a better choice.
