Good day, I would like a beach community rendering. The property is 10.5 Acres of Ocean front land. There should be three style residences; Beach front villas(Modern Style) where there is white sand beaches(4-6 units), Two structures with 10 units each of condo style, ocean view units which would be situated cliff side, Bora Bora style in ocean villas that stretch in water where the shallows end and the deeper water is by the cliff(8-10 units). This rendering will be used to attract investors so not only show the units but also show the possibilities (Jet skis in the water, people cliff diving as well as a slide running from the cliff to the ocean, people kayaking and paddle boarding etc.

Incredible contest, happy yo work on it! Do you have some site plan, maybe a dwg or alike? that would result in more accurate dimensions, and the rendering will be more realistic.
