I'm in need of an intuitive and efficient call centre agent screen interface incorporating certain key functionalities that will enhance agent-customer communication significantly.

Features to include:

- Customer Information Display: The screen should offer a comprehensive display of each customer's personal details, including name and contact. Crucially, it should give access to a rich context of interaction history and purchase or order details.

- SMS Messaging: The system should allow agents to send SMS messages to clients. A key functionality of this feature is the capacity to transmit pre-written template messages, for efficiency.

Ideal candidates would be experienced in the development of CRM systems or similar and proficient in UX/UI design with a sharp eye for detail. Familiarity with telecommunication industry standards and best practices will be an advantage. Proficiency in SMS gateway integration and database management are essentials. Candidates should demonstrate an understanding of the criticality of data privacy in the storage and handling of personal data in any portfolio samples provided.
