We're looking for a mix of vintage / modern/ possibly retro look in of something that looks like the Santa Monica Pier sign and then reading HARVARD LOFTS in a color and Santa Monica underneath it... If it's not too much to include an outline of the building structure, that might be cool. Photos of the building are included for inspiration and some other logos we've played around with for reference.
