I offer through my business (an I.T. support company), a service whereby I monitor all my clients backups.
At present, I get the backups to send an email through to a Gmail account (specifically for the backups). I then have outlook imapd to that gmail account.
Every time we add a business and subsequently their computers, we give each business its own label in gmail (folder) and each computer a sub-folder under the business folder.
What I would like to happen is either;
a. Software logs onto gmail and creates a spreadsheet that shows the status of each business/computer backup (one sheet per business, must be customisable with logos and able to handle more systems). We'd need to be able to set which variables it looks for when deciding if it's a pass / fail / not recorded.
b. Software checks the Gmail account in outlook and does the above.
If you are up to the task I would like it done ASAP.
If you have ANY doubt in your ability to complete this, please do not waste both our time trying to 'figure it out'.
