Victor is one of a kind freelancer, that if you happen to hire him you are a lucky person. The offer we received from Victor was seemed to be a bit small perhaps he didn't realized the amount of work and feature our site needed. Victor worked around the clock to deliver what he promised and never for once complained about the difficulties and the bid amount (I'm sure you've been there like me before). But he honored his word and the amount of time and attention that he put to complete our project was unprecedented!! At one point we had to include another developer/coder to work on a small issue, and Victor communicated with him and together they solved the problem. When you hire Victor you get the feeling like you just hired a full time team member, not just a freelance. We, however, decided to pay him extra for his wonderful work, and for sure will work with him on future projects. He's fluent in English, fast communicator and professional.

Wow! I had a very bad experience with the first developer I hired for this project. I ended up firing him and hiring Victor instead. I wish I had hired Victor in the first place. He was very professional, worked hard, got things done quickly, communicated well (Victors English is very good and he communicates on time), and got the job done in less time than I thought it would take. I am right now looking for more projects just so I can have enough work to hire him again. Do yourself a favor and hire Victor - he is worth every penny!
