ELC eTool

The ELC eTool is a web application to aid ecologists gather survey data in the field via smart-phones/tablets. I created the entire web application to function in an offline mode, which allows for survey creation with no internet connection. When a connection is available it automatically uploads information to the central database, which becomes accessible to the entire organization. This is an ongoing project which is constantly evolving to meet customer needs as this new market begins to take shape.
