I hired a freelancer to create a software solution for an issue I was having in my office - trying to create a timeline of care for multiple patients having access to multiple elective procedures. I knew there might be a software solution but I had no clue how to go about developing one. Then I heard about Freelancer.com. I am so impressed with this platform and particularly with the quality of work that was performed by my freelancer, Md Abu S. He was easy to communicate with, responding readily to any questions I had, making suggestions and asking questions in turn that helped me hone in on what has turned out to be a sophisticated and workable software solution . Md Abu was always respectful and patient -- even when I took a while to get back to him and when I bungled the payment process! There is no question that Md Abu improved upon my vision with insight and skill. He wanted to assure that I was absolutely happy with the program he created and patiently waited for me to check out the site thoroughly. Any questions that I had were quickly addressed. What a wonderful experience! I would do this again in a flash - and I'd definitely go to the same freelancer. He is now my "go to" software guru!!!
