I have acquired a sound overall knowledge of conceptual design, Manufacturing standards, Design and development standards(ACTM, ISO/TS 16949, SAE, ACME, ASM) Machining parts and fabrication for them, leading edge engineering principles, GD&T tools and practices with emphasis on designing, building and testing of mechanical systems. I am proficient in the use AutoCAD, Catia, Solid Works and various other tools like 3Shape, Inventor, Procast, UG-NX, ERP (Syntax) and Creo. I have used best tools for sheet metal industries as well like sigmanest, radan, lantek. Apart of Cad skills, I have a good exposure of strategical and Project management with ERP, six sigma, Enovia PLM to decrease Product and process management. Giving strength to my skills with Structural and Thermal Analysis with FEA tools (Ansys). Additionally, I have been a responsible person in my family to financial support.
