Born in Mexico City, and studied in a bilingual school since the age of 5. At the age of 15, I went to Lausanne, Switzerland, and learned French. After such school year, I graduated from high school in the USA; during such stay I reinforced my English skills. I have a JD from the Universidad Iberoamericana and a LLM Degree in French, European and International Business Law from the Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II. My working experience includes legal advice and counsel in domestic and cross-border transactions involving the financing of real estate properties and portfolios (properties of commercial, industrial and office nature), debt restructuring, syndicated loans, real estate guaranties and guaranty mechanisms, and corporate structures for investments. I also assisted Mexican and foreign financial institutions in credit facilities for project finance. Therefore, I have good knowledge of the English language for translating, aside of legal documents, all types of documents.
