As member of the staff in the Editorial department, I was in attendance when my newspaper, the Gilroy Dispatch, won more than 11 awards at the 2003 CNPA Awards in San Francisco. Among those awards were First Place for Graphic Design (for our region) and the coveted First Place General Excellence (nationally).
