Hello! I am Abigail Mallillin, but most of my family and friends call me Abby. I’m a self-motivated and hard-working person. I pay attention to the details of what I do and take the initiative to fix some bearable problems. I put in extra hours to complete priority tasks and even go above and beyond the call of duty whenever necessary. Previous work experiences as a Customer Service Representative with 8 years of experience working in call centers, performing functions from sales and tech support to customer care. With excellent communication skills both oral and written, I can manage customer relations and provide excellent service. Familiar with major customer service software like Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, and ServiceNow. I also had experience working in Sales like Timeshare, Cold Calling B2B/B2C, and Lead Generation. Currently running a small business through Facebook and Instagram. I know about running Ads through Social Media. I'm currently taking training as well about Social Media Marketing under The Department of Information and Communications Technology. Engaging in social media presence on different social media platforms is my passion. I have exceptional creative and analytical thinking skills. I know how to perform in-depth customer research to determine how best to serve an audience. I am aware that I still have a lot to learn, but I am confident that I have the skills necessary to design creative and successful social media strategies that will support a company's goals.
