There 8 sites sharing the jamit job database but with different urls .
The software for job search is [url removed, login to view]
The plugin for import comes from [url removed, login to view] I need it working on all 8 sites feeding the proper jobs to the proper categories, countries, states etc... (automated so it imports new ads daily) I would like it set up so the ads posted in my sites stay on top and indeed ads below.
There is built in mode rewrite that is 1/2 installed.
I need it working on all 8 sites.
Header text to read - Title of job / word "jobs" / location
URL the same (every single page in my sites with the same theory)
xml export is also a in the software, I want to export my jobs to [url removed, login to view] / googlebase / simply hired (automated to make it simple to send my jobs daily or weekly)
Here is a link from the software to the admin [url removed, login to view]://[url removed, login to view]
This extra configuration feature is for those lucky webmasters who are running this software on an Apache server with the mod_rewrite module enabled. If this feature is enabled, the job board will map some dynamic URLs to appear as if they were static and more meaningful. The theory is that these more meaningful URLs get better search engine rankings. Mod_rewrite can be turned on/off in the Main Config. (Note: Mod_rewrite is a 3rd party application that needs to be installed separately. It is mostly for advanced webmasters, but a lot of information about it can be found on search engines.)
FYI: You may need to play with the code for this to happen. The guy that built the sites couldn't make it happen but he won't touch code and probably doesn't know what he is doing.
