I've worked a lot with PHP and Wordpress over the past 5 years. Removing malware from wordpress and getting you back on google is easy and I've done that many times. Doing a security scan isn't too hard. It depends how many problems you have on how long it takes to lock you down, but it's all pretty standard work. Figuring out how you got hacked is very difficult and maybe impossible because you could have multiple holes. But locking you down right will keep it from happening going forward and I can put in some monitoring software to notify you if something weird is happening going forward.
