Modify RealPlaces Wordpress theme

We are using RealPlaces Wordpress theme ([login to view URL]). The theme allows broker to pay per real estate posting. We would like the website to have three payment packages (Bronze, Silver and Gold) with certain cost per month and each package will allow the user a specific number of realty postings. The current site allows one time payment, we would like per month payment using PayPal. PayPal is already integrated on the website and would like the same code to be used. The theme should not be broken too much and if possible, use a clean interface (pricing plugin) so the package names and cost can be managed by the admin in the backend. We would like someone to start immediately and finish it in next two days. Your proposals MUST start with the text 'I have read it', else your bid will be ignored.
