Implement a website with WordPress using a ready made theme

Friends 4 Thailand is a Facebook group ([login to view URL]) and it is super active with over 28 000 members. The group also has a website: [login to view URL], which at the moment is not very good. Your job is to do it better. The idea is that we want to get users from the active FB group to also be active on the website and then start to sell ad space on the website (we cannot sell ads in FB group, it is against the rules of Facebook). We need you to develop a new [login to view URL] website with WordPress using a premium, responsive theme that has the following three features (implemented as premium plugins). 1) Business directory. This would be used to list businesses in Thailand. It should be organized by business category, but it must be possible to list or at least list businesses by location (e.g. city name) too. The plugin must support premium listings, that is, we ask money from the company to add its information to the business directory. 2) Photo Gallery. This must be as much like Facebook as possible. I was thinking this: [login to view URL] 3) Event calendar. This is where users can submit events in Thailand, like festivals, shows, performances and so forth, and users can see what is happening in their home city. We want to think about monetizing here too, so the system must support collecting payments, for example by asking money for sponsored event listings. We were thinking this system: [login to view URL] 4) User encouragement. I was thinking about adding a system to allow users to collect badges, e.g. after uploading X photos they would get a badge, after submitting events they would get a badge and so on. Like this: [login to view URL] The user encouragement system must be installed and configured in a way it gives user a badge when: a) User has uploaded 10 photos b) User has added 5 events c) User has added 5 entries to the business directory d) User has reviewed (likes) 5 photos e) User has reviewed 5 businesses in the directory Note: Finding the premium theme is your job. I will choose the theme from the theme(s) you recommend. The premium theme and the plugins will be bought and paid by me. Do not include their price to your bid. These four core features need to work from the same WordPress based site and registering to the site gives you access to all the systems. That is, after you register, you can submit new events, submit photos and submit to the business directory. Viewing all the data is possible without registration. All the four features must work together. You must *not* import any content from the current [login to view URL] website. The website's main navigation bar contains the following items: 1) Home 2) Events 3) Photos 4) Directory 5) Blog 6) Contact The front page consists of static images, text and an area that lists the latest posts of "News" category. The Blog area lists all posts of "Blog" category. Note: All development must be done in your web server. You must install WordPress to your server and fully develop the website there. Only after everything is accepted by me, you get to copy and install the site to our server. Note: The job does *not* include any kind of content entry or content writing, or graphics design. Only installation of WordPress, finding the theme, installing the plugins and the theme, and making all work together. Making everything work together will probably require some coding, in such case, implement the custom coding work as much as possible with custom shortcodes or creating the custom code as a plugin.
