Create WordPress Paid Membership Site

My current site is hosted on Unbounce. [login to view URL] It is time for me to create a fully functioning WordPress website with a paid members area as well as an area for affiliates. I am looking for someone with great WordPress skills. I have PSD files for the design. You should be good with PSD to WordPress work. I will be using all STANDARD WordPress Plug-Ins; SECURITY, sitemap, social sharing, SEO, etc. There will be other very important plug-ins used to make the site run as I want. These are the MAIN features / plug-ins: 1. Restrict Content Pro - for PAID members area. WE ARE BUILDING A PAID MEMBERSHIP SITE. 2. AffiliateWP - for onboarding and affiliate tracking. THE PAID MEMBERSHIP SITE WILL BE MARKETED BY AFFILIATES. 3. Plug-in to restrict / limit concurrent logins. We want to limit account sharing. 4. Unbounce Integration - I will be using Unbounce for all product sales pages. I will also use Unbounce for all affiliate sign up / landing pages. Unbounce has a WordPress plug-in that should make this simple and easy. MOST of my traffic will be generated by affiliates who will push potential buyers to my Unbounce landing page, so using AffiliateWP + Unbounce has to be PERFECT. 5. Integrate with ConvertKit. My home page will be used to collect contact information. I'd like folks to be integrated into my ConvertKit list / tags. You will have to have great experience with WordPress and should comfortable using the desktop and mobile PSD files to make the site great. You should be willing to begin work and complete in a timely manner. SITE SECTIONS: **Home 1. Blog = This page(s) will feature 100% YouTube content. 2. Learn = When they click on this link they will be taken to an Unbounce Sales page that will be integrated with my WordPress site. 3. Testimonials = I'll be using a combination of video + featured tweets so we need to set up a structure that looks great on web and mobile. Footer: Affiliates = This will be an Unbounce page which presents the offer to affiliates. Affiliates will read the page, click the button, and then sign up to become an affiliate through [login to view URL] Legal = Legal stuff. Contact = Form that integrates with my ConvertKit account. PLEASE ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT EACH NEW MEMBER WILL RECEIVE A T-SHIRT IN THE MAIL. I WILL NEED TO INCLUDE THE T-SHIRT AS A PART OF THE CHECKOUT PROCESS. Once checkout is complete, I will need to grant new paying members to the paid members area of the website. I will then need to easily be able to view orders so that I can then ship T-Shirts to the right customers. YOU SHOULD BE A GREAT COMMUNICATOR. THE BETTER THE COMMUNICATION, THE HAPPIER THE CLIENT.
