write a powershell script that runs minimized on a local domain computer and checks every 5s: - if ethernet interface is up and connected - if it can ping the domain controller (fixed ip is given) - if it can ping the www (fixed ip is given) - if it can resolve external domains (a wildcard domain is given, so that the script can lookup "timestamp".[login to view URL] to avoid caching) log any issue to a log file with date/time and issue
