IT Helpdesk Support Person

Hi
We are looking to bring on a pool of IT Support staff with skills in Office 365 Experts/2nd Line Support/3rd Line Support and Triage (first line call desk) who will be be paid per job or for a block of hours by supporting our customers when a support call comes in. most of of calls are on a 2 hour response time SLA
You will need to have an understanding of Autotask which is our Service Desk Software
You will need to be available to answer calls assigned to you within a reasonable timeframe
You will need to have a professional manner for dealing with queries
You will to have very good follow up and communication skills with the customers
you will need to write up documentation, and very good ticket information updates
It will be very beneficial to have accreditation's in Office 365, MCSA, MCSE
We would be looking to ensure you use our Autotask ticketing system to provide the support and our phone system so we can log and record phone calls as part of quality control
We would prefer that anyone who applies is within the UK
