Windows Server 2019 Desired State Configuration

I am looking for a PowerShell DSC professional, who provides me a PowerShell DSC script to perform the following on Windows Server 2019 (Desktop Experience and Server Core) machines (physical servers and VMs): - Install Windows feature "failover clustering" - Install Windows feature "Windows Server Backup" - Remove Windows feature "SMB 1.0" - Configure High Performance power scheme - Rename Administrator user into another username - Set administrator user to never expire - Rename network card names into "External" and "Internal" - Configure Internal nic to use Jumbo Frames - Set NIC Binding order (first Internal, then External) - Set "Do not start Server Manager automatically at logon" in Server Manager - Start Performance Counters in Server Manager - Enable Remote Desktop (with NLA) - Set timezone to a given value - Allow "File and Printer Sharing (Echo Request - ICMPv4-In)" - Allow "File and Printer Sharing (Echo Request - ICMPv6-In)" - Set UAC to lowest level - Put Command prompt in Start menu, having %HOMEDRIVE%\TEMP as "start in" location - Set DVD to become drive R - Execute diskperf -y to show harddrives in Task Manager - Create C:\TEMP folder, compressed -- Permissions: SYSTEM FC Administrators FC -- Share as TEMP - Permissions: Administrators FC - Set Windows Audio to start automatically - Configure & Apply Windows Update -- Advanced Options: --- Check "Give me updates for other Microsoft products when I update Windows" --- Check "Automatically download updates, even over metered data connections (charges may apply)" --- Check "Show a notification when your PC requires a restart to finish updating" -- Change Active Hours: --- 07:00-01:00h - Set desktop background color to a given color - Set desktop color accent to a given color - Install Edge Chromium - Set [login to view URL] as default page (on IE and on Edge) I prefer *** PowerShell Core DSC *** over regular PowerShell DSC. You should also deliver a textfile describing the instructions to execute to run the DSC script. After your delivery, I will run the PowerShell Desired State Configuration script on my other server and expect to get it properly installed/configured, according to the abovementioned requirements.
