Hi, reading your project it seems that you need to have ADFS implemented between Azure AD and the CRM. I have recently completed setup of ADFS at my current work place where there is Office365 and local AD. The Office365 is huge, it has 1000s of users in Office365. The ADFS handles the authentication for local apps and Office365. I am confident I can get this done for you quickly and efficiently.

update ; looking still this deployment. Can install Windows azure directory sync on dedicated . Please provide me teh details to configure directory sync. TO configure dirsync required server with sql express , AD credentials & O365 admin credential.
