Customer Service - Website Enquiries

We currently have a unique vacancy for a Website Customer Service Agent. This is a client facing role supporting customers of an online Horse Sale database in Australia. The right candidate will have the opportunity to select their own hours of work, enjoy a part-time schedule and work from home. Your responsibilities will include: • Monitoring ads posted on the website to detect scams • Reviewing ads to ensure they comply with sytem requirements • Responding to user queries and requests via email • Other administrative duties as required You will: • Be passionate about horses and have an understanding of horse sales, horse racing or horse events <- This is mandatory • Have excellent written English language skills • Be accountable and have a willingness to take ownership of issues • Be tenacious; prepared to persevere with challenging tasks • Be assertive, confident and very well organised Your background will include: • A bachelor degree in any discipline • Exposure to horses in any context (pet, racing, events, veterinary) < This is mandatory • Experience and confidence working with Westerners • Experience in an online customer service role
