I am a tv presenter (host), and i would like to create a new website. please have a look at [url removed, login to view]
I would like to have a website made very similar to [url removed, login to view] . I understand that i would have to provide the "video", unless you are a HK or SHENZHEN (or nearby aisa) based designer with studio facilities, but I would need to know exacly what is needed from me.
the basic information would be the same as on my current website, so i would require a home page, biog, cv, contact, press, testimonial, portfolio and video page. I would possibly need a blog too, and possibly a links page ,snapshot page and a charity page (which would have charities i support and events that i would be attending etc for them).... I would also like a newsletter template and a way for people to subscribe..(see [url removed, login to view])
with regards to the design and feel, im looking for something fresh, young, light, and that bascially visually explains im an entertainment and travel presenter and an easy [url removed, login to view] person to work with. I dont like my old site as it makes me seem as if i would be a 'high maintenence" person, which im not,
I would also need to know that the site would work on slow connections in asia, and is easily updatable by myself. I would also want to be as searchable as possible from google.
Please can you also inform me of any possible problems with this type of site. If it will make it very slow, then maybe i will only have a "live video" of myself on the start up page.
