My customer has a website with around 10 static html web pages. They would like to upgrade to CMS so that they can maintain the website content themselves. Please recommend an easy and user friendly open source CMS to use. You do not need to do any artwork as the customer will use back the same current static website design. So all you need is to turn a static website into a CMS website with the same design and layout. Happy bidding!
