Multi Country Pricing on Shopify Store

Hi there, i am looking for someone who is a shopify expert and can set a rule for different pricing based on the region or country the customer is from. i am only looking for two separate pricing rules. the first, europe and the second around the world. so for example if someone is browsing a specific product from the US they will see it at £30 however if they are browsing from a European country they will see it at £40. please see example enclosed..
