Convert completed PSD templates into functional Angular.js SPA templates

Currently a partner and I are building an Angular-Meteor web application. We have completed Photoshop designs for most of the remaining pages, along with a style guide, and some preliminary authentication pages have already been completed. In an effort to speed up the project we are looking for someone who has a basic working understanding of Angular.js templating and can convert our remaining pages into dynamic-ready Angular.js HTML pages. You will not need to handle any Angular app logic outside of the template view layer. Most of the navigation styling and logic is completed so we are really looking for the simple rapid prototyping of small single-page application template files. The full number of remaining pages isn't completely known but I would currently put it in the range of 30 - 40, each with varying degrees of complexity (although most are just simple text or basic form fields). See the attached project images for an understanding of the simplicity of the apps design. A prime candidate would also be versed in Stylus or another similar CSS pre-compiler (such as LESS/SCSS) but it is not required.
