Adult Joomla Membership Site—Payment/Membership Integration

I have a client who wants to build an adult site that streams her girls live. I will build the site in Joomla and will integrate the streaming video and design myself. I need a professional who can help turn what I create into a membership site and integrate the merchant services that my client ends up with. The membership allows the user to gain access to a set of pages that will feature the live streaming and on demand videos. It is simple as password protecting one folder that I can work from and get the payment system flowing. When they purchase membership they need an auto responder that contains the log in credentials and expires in relation to the level they pay for. The site users will need to have options of paying for live one-hour events, 24 hour access, weekly access, monthly, and annual subscriptions. If you know of merchant services that integrate Joomla with adult based membership sites that would be an added bonus.
