Testing Site and Software I need a well-designed responsive Testing Site and Software system that will: 1. Handle customer sign-up (free sign up to gain account) a. Assign a unique customer ID b. Have auto password recovery/reset feature 2. Select the test they wish to take, from a menu (Category > Test Name and ID) 3. Allow people to pay for tests via PayPal a. And be assigned a testing ID to be used to take the test 4. Take the test a. Assign a cert number if passed and provide any questions missed in a separate report b. Or indicate that the test was failed with list of questions missed 5. Take a retest a. Record the highest score and show only this information on items “9.a.” and “9.b.” below. 6. If the test was passed, create a high-resolution PDF certificate with the test takers name, ID and certification number 7. Store the test taker’s score as well as pass/fail indicator 8. Have a customer dashboard where the user can: a. See their scores for all tests take and retaken b. See any questions missed, even with a passing score c. Download PDFs of their certificates d. Register and pay for additional tests via PayPal e. Complete and submit a form fill 9. Have a read-only dashboard where a person with both the customer name and ID can: a. See the certificates earned b. Click a link on each certificate earned to see the test date and score 10. Include an area near each test selection option where the admin can place notes of up to 100 words or 900 characters including spaces. There will be two versions of every test. One paid and one free sample. Only the paid tests qualify for a certificate being awarded if passed. The tests should: 1. Be completed via Web (responsive web design that will work on any size device) 2. Consist of multiple-choice questions 3. Have a time limit (set by the admin) with no pause option 4. Lock out all other windows during the testing process 5. Controlled by an admin via back-end CMS for entering questions and answers as well as time limit 6. Randomly select the questions for the test from a Q&A pool entered by the Admin 7. Allow the test taker to mark questions for review and then review them 8. Have a SUBMIT option that the user must push to submit the test for grading 9. If time runs out before the test is submitted, automatically submit it 10. Generate a PDF that shows the test taker: a. Name and ID b. The name of the exam c. The date and time taken d. A pass/fail indicator e. The score f. The time it took versus time available g. Any questions answered incorrectly 11. There will be a text section that appears on the final PDF that will be written by the Admin. The free sample tests will have the same requirements as above and will pull from the same Q&A database. The only differences will be: 1. Anyone can take free tests – no account is required 2. No scores will be saved 3. A PDF of the information in number “10” will be provided with the following changes: 4. “10.a. Name and ID” will not be present 5. The name of the exam will be appended with “Non Certification Mini-Exam”. Thank you. END
