275812 Photographer Site - Joom or Wp

I am a photographer needing a new website created. I have experience in web development and can help, but do not have the tie to create a site from scratch. I need a very nice and classy website created to showcase my photography work and services. A flash plugin for my gallery, a few static pages for information and finally a blog page. All of this can be done easily with Joomla or Wordpress, i just don't have the time to set it up completely. I have the content, but need it to be professionally place on the site, to look great. Please bid with budget in mind. I have a low budget for this site, but am looking to develop a relationship with with someone to help me create other websites for mine and other companies. I cannot play games with bidding, Give me your BEST and LOWEST bid, and show me only 5 sites you feel are your best work. If you cut and paste your information into my PMB, I will not accept.
