OSCOMMERCE - SEO / Design / WEB 2.0 / Google and Layout

Im looking for someone who is very good with OSCommerce, webdesign, productlayout, general layout on pages and SEO/WEB2.0 skills. Communication is needed thru MSN, also regular updates once changes are in the works. Right now im on a limited budget of $190 , but I want to find someone who we can hire again and again. What we will do this time will be discussed before we hire. Last time we hired someone here at GAF, they left our site half finished :(. So now our images arent resizeing as they should (when adding products), and the SEO is not good either. Also theres a forum that needs to be completed, left half done. I also need you to start ASAP. I currently have no traffic at all almost :s. What I need most urgent is: 1. SEO (There has been added Keywords/desc etc to everypage, but my urls arent SEO friendly) I need advise here, and also optimization of my pages if not too expensive, I want to rank higher! 2. I have a .com version of my domain, the current site is in my native language and domain ext. I want to "copy" the site once all changes has been made, and get the colorscheme changed including logo. As it should be a new site and not identical. 3. Product layout. I need both productlisting and productdetails to be changed, and also WEB2.0 optimized. 4. I need to add Twitter/Facebook and Youtube to my site, including the links on products for people posting links on these sites. 5. I want suggestions on current design and what can be done to make site look more professional. 6. I need a good FAQ system, and a expanded support page that makes my company look bigger aswell. 7. I want news on my frontpage, this was halfway done by the other people I rented in earleir, but not finished, I also want it to look better than they intended. (will show you how it is now) 8. Need a better producteditor / graphicaleditor, not static html like I have now. 9. Lightbox for images 10. Improved speed on my pages, I think they are way too slow! May also have something to do with me ranking low on Google. As mentioned, im looking for someone who can work along side us all the way to the top.
