New Company website

We would like to build a web site for an up and coming company in a new and very popular industry with exponential growth. Someone who can work with Magento is preferred. This is an eCommerce site so many of these items are needed to be built in to the layout of the site: On the home page menu bar up top we would like a 'Store' link with a drop down menu for all of our options, another link for 'About Us', another link for 'How It Works', another link for 'Rewards', and another one for 'Support'. On the home page we would like a moving screen for multiple images to scroll through. We also need a login page and member center, a cart page and a secure payment system. We would like to use a discount code for their first order when signing up. We have to make sure that the same person can not sign up twice to be able to use this promotion. We would also like to incorporate an affiliate program. **Ongoing support would also be a bonus if someone can provide this** Other things needed on this site are: -Lightbox to appear as page launches -Links to our Twitter and Instagram feed -Order history with a link or an option to have automatic recurring monthly orders -Retail Inquiries -Contact us page -FAQs -Terms of Use etc. There are more instructions in full detail if you are interested in this project.
