Knock-Knock.ca Website Redesign

My current website was designed and built almost 4 years ago, and it needs to be modernized. I have a vision of what I want it to look like, but I haven't the time or the skills to make that happen. I do not want my website to look like a template! The site needs to be designed so as to be search engine friendly, as website lead generation is of vital importance to me. Here are a few key features I'd like to include in the new site. I expect that the successful bidder will make suggestions on additional features and suggestions. 1. hidden email address. I suspect that my form processing script is not hiding my email address from crawlers, so I'm getting a lot of spam as a result. 2. Blog integration. I'd like blog postings from my blog to appear in various pages on the site, even if they aren't blog pages. 3. Graphical Heavy. People like picture. I want more graphics in the site, without it looking like we just put pictures into the site because we should. 4. Easy Navigation. People comment now on how easy it is to navigate my site. I don't want to lose that. Also, the current page names should remain intact as much as possible, because I have many links out on the web to those pages. (At the very least, the current page names have to redirect to the new page names) 5. Easily modified. There will be ongoing updating to the site over the coming years, so the site has to be able to be modified and updated. I also want to add a feature to the site of "homes wanted" whereby my staff can upload the home buying needs of our clients, and visitors can view this criteria. Basic searchable criteria would be wonderful (i.e. city/community, house or condo) in this aspect, as would the ability to have several on the screen at one time (maybe with a sliding/opening spreadsheet that expands when each client is clicked on). A back-end interface needs to be created so that we can add/modify/delete these listings. The visitors should be able to respond to these ads, by giving us their name/email/phone# so that we can match them to our buyer. (I have a manual version of this up now at [login to view URL]) As I said before, I would like input from you with regards to additional features that you would/could add to the site. The color scheme of the site will be black, with a gold character and text on it. Simplistic to the extreme. I like a very very simplistic look to my stuff. Ongoing SEO and AdWords management would be an added bonus, and contracted separately once this site is built. - John
