Creating trendy & edgy web design and layout of new website

Hi, I need someone who can create a very modern, stylish and edgy design for a modern fashion brand that is about to be launched. I WANT THIS WEBSITE TO BE AN AWARD WINNING SITE IN RESPECT TO DESIGN TO COMPLIMENT THE FANTASTIC PRODUCTS of THIS BRAND. Several concepts will need be presented with the final product suitable enough to be translated into a website. I need someone who is going to ask the right questions, create an appropriate story board etc. I have a logo and a good stock of photos that can be used. Requirements : i.
