CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP FURNITURE WEBSITE NEEDED

I have a furniture company and I need a website made. I know that I can purchase these for about less than $150 from this site (where I got all those examples from): [login to view URL] but I want someone to help me make a few changes, get me the actual site as above or very similar and not charge me an arm an a leg for. so please when replying ensure you include: types of sites that you can make for me that are similar to this. Please don't send me your porfolio if you have never done or can't do work like I need above. I need to have an admin panel so that I can change my inventory pictures all the time and have the ability for my site to be smart enough to remove them off the site once I run out of inventory. I need to be able to accept paypal Please let me know if you can get me the above sites for much cheaper and a few changes made too: for example: place my company name at the top, be able to write a paragraph or two about our company on the homepage.
