Today we have developed mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms and also a backend server that is called as “Middleware”. These mobile applications will be given to our customers as their mobile apps. To provide these mobile apps to our potential customers we need to integrate the middleware with customers’ Bigcommerce API. By that way, the mobile apps will have a chance to get data from Bigcommerce API through the middleware and show the data in mobile apps. [login to view URL] Expectation A company who will develop this API will be in charge of • Reviewing the middleware documentation • Reviewing the current Bigcommerce APIs • Extending the current Bigcommerce APIs according to the middleware expectations • Developing a Bigcommerce extension for the API code • Providing an admin panel of the extension in order to configure the necessary credentials • Writing a descriptive documentation of the code and the extension. As deliverables we require the following • Source code commented in English • Build instructions • Short installation instructions • Short design documentation • Conference call for introduction and explanation • Conference call after prototype is finished Requirements for the plugin • English language only • Compatibility with all Bigcommerce versions Admin Panel Requirements After installing the extension, a menu button whose name is “tappz” will be shown in the admin panel. When the admin clicks the menu button, a page will come and ask the username and password of the tappz platform. User will enter his/hers username and password. The extension will send the username and the password to the middleware API method and then send user Bigcommerce credentials such as system information. By this means the system will make the configuration automatically.
