Female Virtual Assistant / Website Admin -- Philippines -- SEO experience Needed!

I’m looking to hire and train someone to do many of our Internet based advertising tasks. I need a FEMALE Filipino Virtual Assistant and Website Admin person. You have to be living in the Philippines and be a Filipino. You will be expected to work full-time for me AND NO ONE ELSE (NO OTHER JOBS OR PROJECTS). Here are the requirements: GENERAL NEEDS / DUTIES: 1. You have to be an individual (not a company) 2. You have to be able to speak and write very good English as you may have to do some basic writing (though not full articles) and editing 3. You should have good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets (or Google docs equivalents) and be able to do basic tasks like email, web browsing, and Internet research 4. You have to have some experience and knowledge of SEO (search engine optimisation) and know a bit about internet marketing 5. Must be able to work 8 hours per day 6. You must be a Filipino living in the Philippines. 7. Basic Web Design and WordPress knowledge would be preferred I'm going to expect you to work full-time (only for me and not anyone else) You have to have some experience and knowledge of search engine optimisation - mainly link building - I don't expect you to be an absolute expert in the whole discipline. You'll be performing various website marketing tasks both on my own sites and also other sites across the Internet e.g. social bookmarking sites, social network sites and article sites. You’ll need to be available online during your work hours via e.g. Skype. You must have a computer and Internet access. I will be looking at your desktop during work hours through screen sharing software (not all the time) to help make sure you can do or learn the work properly. You will need good attention to detail in order to follow specific tasks NB. these will be clearly laid out with both written and video instructions. Again we will provide video training on all these task, but you should be comfortable with the type of work before you apply. SPECIFIC VIRTUAL ASSISTANT / WEBSITE ADMIN DUTIES: Virtual Asst: you have to be experienced in SEO! (THIS IS CRUCIAL) You'll be performing various tasks such as: • Forum posting • blog posting • article directory submission • link building • social bookmarking • Search Engine Optimisation • performance reporting • Researching new keywords • Repetitive form submission • other web related tasks • Experience in Wordpress and mini site design would be a bonus I'll train you to do everything if you don't have the knowledge.
