Help me package a visual basic 6 program so it can run on Windows 10

I have an old program that I wrote sometime ago in Visual Basic 6, I having trouble install this on new versions of windows 7 & 10. I suspect it has something to do with the dll I used to write the program. I just need some help to package the program so it will install correctly on the newest version of windows.
