iPhone Home Automation Portal

Looking for an iPhone developer who can create a Home Automation portal. Existing portal is written in VB6 and serves Mobile, Explorer and Media Center. Now need to add new support for the iPhone. The existing portal gives users the ability to control lights, devices, climate, home audio/video, security and telephone from any browser. There will need to be two applications. The client iPhone app and the server application. The client app should be an iPhone app and not run in Safari. The server app is to be hosted on an End-User’s computer and will use an ActiveX control to interface with the Home Automation System. Since this server app will always be running it should also reside in the system tray. Notes: Please send examples of other projects you have created for the iPhone. Project code must be fully commented. Attached are views of the existing portal from a pda and from IE as well as the API for the interface to the Home Automation System.
