This should be a simple project for a programmer that knows what they are doing. Need it to allows users to save CD's to all kinds of music formats like MP3, WMA, OGG, APE, WAV, VQF and then play them back on almost any device.
We need this to (Rip & Burn) be used for creating MP3's from your CD's and convertS other music formats to MP3 (like wav to mp3). It needs a built-in Ripper, Audio Converter, CD burner, CD Labeler, and a Song and Artist detection too.
We need it to allow users to listen to them on their computer (so it must have a players as well). Format theme should look similar in graphics to our other programs. We want a very easy interface with a good graphic quality and design. Listed below are 2 samples.
We would like the program to have 3 free burns with trial, have activation code generator, and be able to play the music in the software program like the samples below do.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
