We need one or two Virtual Assistants. We have a start up with lots of tasks to be done. We have some engineers making our product, some testers testing it, we have some Project Managers making some documents and managing staff, and a CEO. We need you to help to take the load from the others, and complete our admin work. You might be called on to help anyone in any of the teams, and you'll be interacting with most via phone, email, skype etc. We have one or two project managers who have the foremost responsibility of organising our teams, and they are the people who you'll likely be helping the most, to make sure we can hit all our goals for completion of tasks .
Example tasks we need taken care of include arranging meetups/conferences, Data Entry, and Phone Calls

+ Arranging tasks in our online Issue Tracker tool
+ Completing Admin Tasks

+ Making calls for me or receiving my calls (ie, monitoring business appointments, and my calendar)
+ I am in the process of moving all employee management into online tools. You might need to support other employees using these tools.
+ Preference to applicants from Phillipines and Honduras, as I have found the level of English great in the past.
+ Using Joomla/Drupal CMS
