We are a fast paced tech company looking to add a part time customer support representative to our US based company for our Vietnamese customer base. Right now we have a 100% english focused staff for our customer support and we have need for someone who speaks Vietnamese and English. You'll need to be able to perfectly communicate with all of our English based operations while delivering great customer support to our growing Vietnamese community. We help marketers and entrepreneurs sell t-shirts with no risk and no support. We handle it all. What you will be doing is communicating directly with our sellers daily. Helping them with their questions in their native language. -Email Support -Facebook Group Support -Content translation (relaying the same message we are sending in English to sellers, in Vietnamese) Basically, you will have a set of about 100 sellers who we already are giving support to via email. It's just all in English at the current time, we need someone who can come on part-time and work with our English based staff to better support our Vietnamese community.
