Crop, shorten 16 1hr videos, upload to Vimeo

We have 15 files in WMV format of about 1hr each that need to be cropped, as well as have a few seconds trimmed at the beginning (and some need a few minutes of dead space trimmed at the end). The purpose of the cropping is to remove any sidebars or footers that were included in the recordings. Files may have none, one, or both. These are recordings of Webex presentations. Each one has a moderator intro that needs to be cut at the beginning so that each video begins when the main presenter starts talking. If the first slide contains "Sponsored by:" content, that sponsored message needs to be hidden/covered up, including the "Sponsored by:" text. If the last slide contains "Sponsored by:" content, that needs to be hidden/covered up, including the "Sponsored by:" text. Output settings should be for Vimeo (720p). *Check the audio quality on the WMV source file to make sure it's OK before editing/output. If not, it may be necessary to convert the original webex .ARF source file format to WMV as a precursor - although this is mostly likely not necessary. Doing this on a Mac is presenting some issues for me, but this should be a relatively easy task on a PC with enough processing power.
