I have seen you form requirements. Your level forms can be generated in each user PC. Backend database containing only the tables shall be in the server. From the database structure, it appears that it is for a project (probably located in Ras Laffan Qatar) wherein you are building spools or some fabrication works involving welding etc. Since I am from project background I can do this very easily. However, I need to fully understand your requirements. I have worked in Dodsal and managed such database.
