Answer my questions about vbulletin

I need one hour of time on the phone with a forum/database/website specialist. I figure we can both be on the phone and online, you will be able to look at my site and control panels, and tell me what I am doing wrong, point me in the right directions and so on...... I have a website that I have bulletin installed on. I have plans of a shout box, chat room, custom skin and templates. I need someone who is very familiar with v bulletin, chat programs, shout boxes, and customizing skins and installing hacks or mods. So if you are extremely knowledgeable on these topics, I would like to pay you to talk with me on the phone and answer all my questions. More or less, I need you to point me in the right directions. I have spent all day trying to install a skin and other researching, just to find that I have wasted all day and didnt accomplish anything.
