I have knowledge in the field of finance, accounting, international marketing and economy in general, and about general concepts for the development of international business in more complex environments. Dispose with knowledge in the field of Information Technology. I started working as a Translator since 2000 firstly in OSCE. Shortly thereafter, in 2001, I was employed with an English company in Kosovo B Power plant where we used to do the renovation of Generation Units. In 2004 a got a job in KEK, a local energy company, as a translator until 2013. In 2013 this company sold its shares to a Turkish company. So since 2013-2014 I work as a translator in KEDS, Turkish company for the distribution and supply of electricity. In 20014 to the present day, i am engaged in this company as a Manager of the Translation Office. I can say with pride that I managed to cover a corporation with over 2,600 employees, with only 4 Translators. During this time I have built a separate working platform which was unique for this corporation. I identified work categories within the Translation Office, and I built metrics for each specific job category through which subsequently identified the necessary translators engagement time and also the time required for the translation of each category.
