I am a native Spanish speaker and have been living in English speaking countries for the past few years. I have experience in medical translation since, in addition to translations to other customers, my husband is on the medical research field and I translate papers for him quite regularly.
I am a perfectionist, and when I face a new project I always set my goal on delivering a good quality translation and giving my customers a piece of work they are 100% satisfied with. To achieve that I keep fluid communication and make sure I have from the beginning a clear idea of what my employer expects from me.
I have given a turnaround time of 10 days just to make sure that you have more than enough time to review the translation and are 100% happy with the finished result. Given the length of the book you need translated, you would have the first draft of the translation withing 72 hours from acceptance of the project.
