I am in need of the following: Creation of a 3d model using Sketchup with the provided data. 1. Model must have topographical data 2. Show all buildings, outlines to match, flat roofs no detail. Set building heights at 30' from highest topography line. 3. Show roads and water ways 4. No vegetation or trees 5. Show adjacent structures to property 6. Show 10' contour intervals, to match and label ever 50' contour 7. Show hills in back ground - that is the surrounding property needs to be shown as this model is to access how the buildings look to the hills. 8. Show Los Osos Valley Road, Calle Joaquin, and 101 Freeway I would like two prices one cost for a visual rendering, and another cost for a solid printable model where there are no inverted facets. I have a tight budget, however if you are able to complete this successfully, there is 3 years of work ahead of this I will be sending. Rendering, CAD work, Photoshop, etc.
