Do some 3D Modelling

The project is relatively simple and straightforward.

The product for which I need a 3D model is a SILICONE BUTTER MOLD AND STORAGE CONTAINER. This model will be used by a manufacturer for production purposes.

There are several existing products on the market but I will be manufacturing my own. I've attached some images of two of the existing products for your review.

This product is a butter mold, with lid, that is used to shape and store homemade, gourmet butter sticks. Each mold has 4 "wells" in which the butter mixture is poured. Each well needs to accommodate a 4 ounce butter stick (+ a little extra room) and have incremental marks along the sides of the well that mark the stick with 7 DEbossed Tablespoon measurement lines for easy measuring when ultimately cutting the amount needed for baking or cooking purposes.

There also needs to be a "fill line" so the user knows how much butter to pour into the mold and not pour too much. Up to the fill line must be 125mL. The fill line should be slightly below the top of the mold, but not touch the well cover in the lid. (See IMG 3)

***NOTE: One stick of butter is 4 ounces = 1/2 cup = 125 mL = 8 Tablespoons

(Technically, 4 ounces is 118.3 mL but for everyday cooking purposes, 125mL is standard)

*Each well should measure 125mm x 35mm x 35mm (x 4 wells) (See IMG 1)

*The "fill line" should be 30mm from bottom of mold so the fill space should be 125mm x 30mm x 35mm (See IMG 1)

*Each well should be marked with 7 evenly spaced, DEbossed Tablespoon measurement lines along both lengths and bottom (3 sides total) (See Green mold 1)

*Overall mold measurements are APPROXIMATELY 7.5” x 5.75” x 1.75” (190mm x 146mm x 44.5mm) (See IMG 2)

*Between each well there should be some cross support (underside) to help maintain overall integrity of mold (the mold will probably be made of silicone, which is very soft and pliable so this support is necessary to maintain shape when filled) (see Green mold 2)

*The lid should rest on top of the wells so that each well is “sealed” off from the others with 4 DEbossed well “covers” that completely seal the well below it – the DEbossment should be shallow enough so that it doesn’t come in contact with the butter in the well below it when filled to the “fill line” (See IMG 3)

Ideally, the container, when closed should keep each of the wells airtight, and also be stackable so one can fill multiple molds and stack them in the refrigerator; the bottoms of the 4 wells should nest in the 4 DEbossed well covers when stacking them (See Bottom nesting on lid 1 and 2)

I'VE ATTACHED SOME OTHER IMAGES THAT SHOULD CLARIFY ALL THAT HAS BEEN DESCRIBED ABOVE. THE OVERALL MEASUREMENT OF THE MOLD GIVEN IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE BUT, EACH OF THE FOUR WELL VOLUMES MUST BE EXACT.

Mathematics is not my specialty so if any of the numbers don't add up, please let me know and adjust as needed, as long as the actual butter wells accommodate a 125mL stick.

I hope this has been enough information but please review the pictures. I DON’T want to copy the molds in the pictures exactly but I also know there probably aren’t too many different ways to make this product.
