Creating and texturing 3D bathroom models.

We need a 3D artist with an eye for simple detail to design 3D bathroom assets inspired by reference images in the PDF document. We encourage artistic freedom in the designs since we do not want exact copies of the reference images.
All models need to be UV-mapped and textured in power of 2 (example: 512x512 or 1024x1024). Final 3D files must be in FBX format.
Please consider that these are game models and consider poly-count (lower is better).
